Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of seofetch.com and the seofetch API (together, the "Service"), operated by Calm North Labs UAB ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

seofetch is a developer-first SEO data API: SERP, keyword, backlink, and domain data returned as normalized JSON. Credits are a prepaid unit of account, not a search — most endpoints cost a flat number of credits per request (1 to 110 per our published pricing); /v1/search is depth-tiered, /v1/site/audit is billed per delivered page, /v1/locations is free.

3. Accounts & API keys

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. API keys are secret — you are responsible for all activity under your keys, whether or not you authorized it. Tell us immediately if a key may have been exposed.

4. Purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases sold through Paddle.com, acting as our Merchant of Record and reseller for these transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and receipts. You must provide accurate billing information. Prices may change at any time; a price change never affects credits you already purchased.

5. Credits & right of withdrawal

Credits are delivered to your account immediately on purchase and can be spent right away. Because delivery is immediate, purchases are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. By checking the waiver at checkout, you expressly request immediate performance and waive your statutory right of withdrawal:

6. Auto-refill

Auto-refill is optional. Saving a card creates a $0/month subscription that exists solely to hold your payment method on file. When your balance falls below the threshold you choose, we automatically charge that payment method for a refill. You can disable auto-refill at any time from your dashboard.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full detail. In short: requests that fail due to an upstream failure are refunded automatically, in credits, to your balance.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Modify, copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service;
• Abuse or disrupt the Service, or any network or system supporting it;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Circumvent rate limits, usage metering, or billing.

9. Results data

You may use API results in your own products and services. Data sourced from third-party providers is supplied as-is — we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Intellectual property, disclaimer, liability, termination

The Service and its underlying software are owned by or licensed to Calm North Labs UAB. The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calm North Labs UAB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, for any breach of these Terms. Unused credits on an account terminated for breach may be forfeited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately on publication to this page. The version currently in effect is shown above; the version you accepted is recorded against each purchase.

12. Governing law & contact
