1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Calm North Labs UAB ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with seofetch.com and the seofetch API.

2. What we collect

• Account details: email address, a hashed password, and your organization name.
• Billing identifiers from Paddle — customer, subscription, and transaction ids. We never see or store your card details.
• API usage logs: the endpoint called, the query parameters you submit (such as URLs, keywords, or domains), credits charged, timing, your IP address, and idempotency keys.
• Standard web and server logs.
• Error diagnostics, when a request fails.

3. How we use it

We use this information to provide the Service, meter and bill usage, prevent abuse, provide support, and send transactional email (such as receipts or account notices).

4. Third parties

We share information with: Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payment processing and billing; our EU-based hosting provider, to run the Service; and the upstream data providers that process the queries you submit in order to fulfil your requests. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising tracking.

5. Cookies

We use first-party session and CSRF cookies only, to keep you signed in and to protect forms from cross-site attacks. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for billing and audit purposes. We delete personal data on request, subject to any retention we are legally required to keep.

7. Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a portable copy of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Security

Data in transit is protected with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
